Where We Ship
We ship to the United States, European Union, United Arab Emirates, Canada, and Australia.
Processing Time
Your order is carefully prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday, or over weekends and U.S. holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International (EU, UAE, CA, AU): 7–15 business days after shipment
Deliveries may occasionally experience minor delays due to carrier volume, customs clearance, or unforeseen weather or logistical events — we appreciate your patience.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. You can also log into your Longevity Lab account to view real-time updates.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unopened, unused products returned in original packaging with all seals and accessories intact.
To start a return:
→ Email support@longlab.life with your order number and reason for return.
→ Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label (U.S. orders only). For international returns, please use a trackable method at your expense.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, and will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost — or issue a full refund, your choice.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their local government. These charges are not included in your order total and cannot be predicted or controlled by Longevity Lab.
